Our Process
A thoughtful path from your first question to a nonmedical support plan shaped around your needs, preferences, and schedule.
How getting started works
Initial Inquiry
Individuals, families, and referral partners can reach out through the appropriate inquiry form to tell us what support is being sought.
Needs & Service Consultation
We discuss the person’s routines, goals, preferences, home situation, location, desired schedule, and nonmedical support needs.
Payment & Coverage Review
We discuss Private Pay or potential Long-Term Care Insurance reimbursement. Policy benefits and carrier requirements must be verified; approval is not guaranteed.
Personalized Service Planning
When services are a fit, we outline requested support, schedule, preferences, goals, and responsibilities in a person-centered plan.
Support Coordination & Service Start
We review the agreement, coordinate appropriate staff, and confirm arrangements before services begin, subject to availability.
Ongoing Communication
We maintain communication, review changing needs, coordinate resources where appropriate, and adjust services when needed.
Payment conversations are part of planning
We welcome Private Pay and Long-Term Care Insurance inquiries. Policy benefits, eligibility, authorization, reimbursement, and any carrier requirements vary; coverage is never guaranteed. We can discuss information needed to verify a particular policy.
